As John has many fans in Taiwan, Isabelle from Around Eyzen (http://aroundeyzen.xooit.com) has very kindly provided more information on him so that you can get to know him better.
This is the message John posted on 20 March 2007 on his fan cafe in Korea http://cafe.naver.com/johneyzen4u
"Hello all.
First, please excuse me for my english. It’s been a long time i didn’t practice, but when i’ll come back in France, i promise i will study.
It’s now been two month that we know each other, and well everything happened very fast. Day after day, you were more and more with us, with me, and in fact i was more and more surprised to see your support. I really want to thank you for everything. Your smiles, letters, presents... Thank you very very much.
Now, we are in Busan, and the show will finish in two days. I really hope to see you again, here, or in Seoul, if we come back. Now i still don’t know if Romeo and Juliette will be back in Korea. But if it’s impossible, i promise i will do everything to make concerts with my group here.
A lot of you ask me questions about our music, so i will give you a short description. It’s been 5 years that EYZEN, my group, exist. This aventure, that i think it’s the one of my life, started when i met Alexandre Bruno, guitar player and Compositor. I was (and i’m still) author, and so we started to create our own style, and tryed to find differents musicians to give evolution to our music. It taked long time, our music changed a lot with all the differents musicians who played with us, but now i think we are really ready. So today, Christophe Gomis is behind Keyboard, Ludovic Goracci on the bass, and Olivier Baggieri on drums. Today, it’s really hard to describe our music. This is a mix of rock melodic, with differents influences Progressives, Groove, pop, and light electro. If you want more informations, please go to visit our site: www.eyzen.com . The site is now only in French, but will be soon in English (and i hope one day in Korean, if we have the chance to come...).
So today, while i’m here in Korea, my group is recording our first disc, our best songs we did these 5 last years. The instruments recording is just finished, just miss my voice. I will enter the studio the First of may. I will tell you more about it when the disc will be over.
Well, i think that’s all. I want to thank you again for your support, you can’t imagine how i feel when i see it. Thank you very very much.
I hope to see you soon. Bye
John EYZEN"
